Stella Bella

Dear MEOW,

It’s been a little while since I contacted you.   It’s me, Stella Bella.  My mum and dad adopted me in 2016.  I was a former homeless mother of five who won the kitty lottery.

My mum and dad love me so much and I love them. My heart was broken when my wonderful dad died suddenly in October 2020.  I miss him so much and every night I kiss his photo before I go to bed.

You see I have not written because I have been so busy taking care of my mum.  I heard mum talking to her best friend and she told her that I, Stella Bella kept her going after dad died.   That makes me feel so important, and to think some people don’t realize just how important kitties are.

So I take care of mum and she takes wonderful care of ME.  I have a little cat cart and she takes me for walks.   I LOVE seeing the other people.   She feeds me the best and most delicious food and she bought me a water fountain and fresh wheat grass and treats.   She’s a pretty good mum, BUT she probably could do more for me.  For example, vacuum me more than once a day and more massages and pawdicures…

Next month we go to see Dr. Van Winkle for my yearly check up.  He is a really good guy and even gets down on the floor with me. I think that I will keep him!

I sure hope that all you wonderful people at MEOW are doing well. I am so grateful to you for helping me when I needed it.  And thank you for helping all the other kitties and dogs too.

In closing, I am including a very recent photo of me.  I  am EIGHT years old now, but I actually act as though I am eight months.

With love and such gratitude!!
Stella Bella and of course, her mum, Gail

PS:  Yes that is a photo of ME in my dryer!

This is a quick note about our beautiful Stella Bella. We absolutely adore her and she has healed our broken hearts. She is going to write a more detailed update but she has been super busy relaxing in front of the fireplace. Here’s a photo of her on her fav chair. As you can see she is quite busy. Thank YOU MEOW and Nydia.
